1. npm默认仓库registry.npmmirror.com访问不到
临时设置node源
cnpm config set registry https://registry.npmjs.org &&

2.拉取不到国外github资源
临时设置代理
export HTTPS_PROXY=http://192.168.1.106:7890
npm config set proxy http://192.168.1.106:7890
